We finished in Hilsa on the western border on 25 August 2025. More to come after some good rest and showers and wearing some different clothes after 125 days with the same shirts!
Some initial stats: elevation gain 95600m, distance 1422km, 103 walking days, 3 sick days, 19 zero / rest days.

WOOOOOOO!!! What a ride. Also, those stats are completely insane – ah! A terminus full of mixed feelings I’m sure, but it will be wonderful to see your faces back here in Canada. Enjoy those showers, fresh clothes, and the knowledge that you’ve completed an absolutely colossal undertaking.

Graeme how do you always know what to say?! Yes we ARE enjoying fresh clothes, it was like Christmas morning reopening our bags at the hotel after 4 months 😆 Wow a hoodie! Wow clean socks! Thanks for the notes Garth. Plans already brewing but we remind ourselves to make the most of what we have experienced and enjoy the fresh memories. It has been nice to finish something after our GDT last year with the fires. Might go back and finish the outstanding sections… too many adventures to do, you know how it is! 🤗
